Home Renovation

New Construction

Building your “Dream Home” can be a dream process when you work with Legato Home.

We provide personalized interior design services for new construction homes, ensuring every detail reflects your unique style.

We start at the concept stage by reviewing blueprints. Then we walk along side of you every step of the way selecting all of the materials including exterior finishes, paint, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and custom millwork.

Communication is key, we work closely with suppliers and contractors.

On site visits ensure your design vision comes to life smoothly and stress-free.

Once the build is complete, we add the finishing touches with furniture, art, rugs and accessories. Together we create a home that’s both beautiful, functional and a legacy for future generations.

Home Staging

As an interior designer with a background in investment real estate, Legato Home offers a unique approach to home staging that maximizes your property’s value.

Having owned rental property and flipped homes for profit, we understand that a beautifully staged home leads to higher returns.

Unlike traditional home stagers, we don’t just give you a list of recommendations and walk away. We conduct a detailed walkthrough of your property, identifying areas that need attention and highlighting its best features. Following the walkthrough we stay to help implement these changes, ensuring your home is picture-perfect and ready to make a lasting impression on potential buyers.
