A new kitchen begins with an idea and a lot of imagination. This homeowner had a vision of a bigger island with seating, a place to entertain, and an update to the dated early 2000’s home. We opened walls, installed a hanging range hood and created a new dining space complete with a custom beverage bar. Two decades ago having pillars in your home was a bit of a status symbol, a sign of luxury. Today the faux pillars dated the space and removing them along with the half walls that they were built on completely opened up the space making it feel modern and spacious.
